We're getting ready to give Whole Foods shoppers a taste of Beerlao and Beerlao Dark this Saturday, November 21 at the 95 E. Houston Street location in NYC. 4pm - 8pm. The Beer Room.
To go with the refined jasmine brew, we're also gearing up for the holiday season with some limited edition Beerlao action figures! Mary Pape$ and the cretins of Suckadelic will be there to personally gift wrap your desires.
If you want a figure we suggest you stop by the Suck Store and place an order before fanboys eat them all up.
We'll have a few on hand at the tasting as well, so come by, drink up and tune out. It's Saturday, it's okay.

Didn't everyone already know Lao peoples are inherently party-go peoples? Apparently not up in the frigid northwest part of New York state!
Check out this local Rochester newspaper article and its coverage of what citizens of West Henrietta had to say about the local Wat Lao Buddhadham applying for permits to hold four summertime festivals:
"Another resident said the drum beating and bass from the live band made her windows rattle, and if the permits were granted, she'd have to leave town on those days."
There goes the neighborhood!! Man, now that's what I call a par-tay! And Beerlao wasn't even there yet! What do you expect when the weather is closest to our home habitat? We get our old habits back!
That's right, and to make it even better, we've found our way upstate New York and will start seeping into the hands and glasses of beer lovers alike. Hopefully in time for the next wat party!
The article continues to report:
Past events have riled neighbors, who complained that the music was too loud. Some residents were also concerned about the traffic. As many as 500 people attend the festivals, which are usually held on a Saturday or Sunday.
It's hard to believe, but take a look at the temple grounds below to see how pimp it is!
This is the actual temple. Check out the blinged out rooster...
...and this is the temple grounds that turn into a field party!
Now that's what I call a good-time in the making. Check out the article, there's lots more juicy stuff like this quote here from a West Henrietta citizen:
"When I moved here, this was a quiet residential neighborhood," he said. "That's why most of us moved here. And we pay taxes. They don't."
Whoaa! Easy there cowboy! Have a Beerlao, it'll calm your nerves. Like I said, we are now available in upstate New York. Call our distributor there and they'll point you to the nearest Beerlao (or Beerlao Dark if you fancy) and you'll soon want to love thy neighbor and understand.

We miss the tropics, and we miss drinking beer in the tropics. Although there's no surfing in Laos, there's waves to be had in Vietnam a hop and a skip away. we miss that too, so...we're thrilled to help put on this show featuring the launch of Joe Freeman's new line of hand-crafted boards + a photog exhibit of some fine beach time inhabitants.
Come hang loose, it's on June 15th at the Chocolate Bar at Henri Bendel (at 56th St btw 5th and 6th Ave) from 6-8pm. We'll be there with the beer of course. check it!
